1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Advanced Comprehensive Intelligence Scale (ACIS) website and its associated cognitive assessment tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
ACIS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Nature of the Assessment
The ACIS Full Scale Assessment is a comprehensive clinical-grade cognitive assessment tool developed using rigorous psychometric methodology. With a .99 g-loading, reliability exceeding .95, and 20 subtests measuring six broad cognitive domains, the ACIS Full Scale Assessment meets or exceeds the psychometric standards of traditional instruments like the WAIS-V. Key points:
ACIS is a valid, clinical-grade measure of general intelligence and cognitive abilities.
The primary difference from traditional assessments is the administration format (self-administered online vs. proctored), not the psychometric quality.
Scores can be used for educational planning, cognitive self-understanding, and as a reliable measure of general intelligence.
For official purposes such as Mensa membership or disability accommodations, proctored testing is still typically required by those organizations.
3 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with ACIS, including but not limited to:
Test items, questions, and stimulus materials

Not impersonate another person or provide false information
Not circumvent any security measures or content protection systems
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
5 Test Security and Validity
The validity and reliability of ACIS depend on the security of test content. By using ACIS, you understand and agree that:
Test items must remain confidential to preserve their psychometric properties
Sharing test content publicly invalidates the assessment for all users
ACIS employs technical measures to protect content integrity
Any attempt to compromise test security undermines the scientific value of the instrument
